On-Site Interpreting
We have On-Site Interpreters all over Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. You can place a request for our services by either calling us at 240-409-7972, emailing us at schedule@frederickinterpreting.com, or through your account in our system online, where you will be able to view all the previous and future requests, the name of the confirmed interpreter, billing information, and utilize many other essential features.

Video Remote Interpreting
Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) is used on-site where you would be present with the client who needs interpreting services and the interpreter would be present through the video platform. No scheduling is required for Video Remote Interpreting and there is no minimum time for billing. In order to use our Video Remote Interpreting platform to connect with more than 1,000 interpreters for 60+ different languages
FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR PREFERRED LOCATION
Virtual Interpreting
Virtual Interpreting is used off-site where you and the client are not in the same room through your preferred video conferencing platform, such as Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, Doxy, or our HIPAA compliant platform with highest security standards. The interpreter would be present through the video conference too. There is a 1-hour minimum for each Virtual Interpreting appointment; the invoices for Virtual Interpreting appointments are sent on a weekly basis.

Document Translation
- Upload your document(s): Attach every document that needs to be translated.
- Provide us with some details: Provide us with some basic project information that would allow us to generate a quote instantly, such as the original language and the goal language, number of pages, writing style and tone.
